The Guilderland Youth Soccer Association Referee scholarship award is given to a graduating senior residing in the Town of Guilderland. They must be seeking higher education at any public, private, junior college, technical or vocational schools and plan to continue their soccer or referee careers.

This annual award is given to a referee who has officiated in our G.Y.S.A. recreational league. An award of $350.00 will be given to 1 applicant. Scholarship applications are to be mailed by

Awards will be based on the application and short essay on “How being a referee has made an impact on my life and how it will impact my future.” The maximum length is one page. Scholarship recipients will be notified.
